The menu
Unlike other Poke restaurants with small portions and overpriced dishes, Poke Ramen Soul kitchen offers larger portions and a whole lot of new options. Just pick a bowl or a sushi burrito and a base between brown, mix greens, or white rice, plus seaweed paper for the sushi burrito. Then go for the protein, think of crab, spicy tuna, salmon, miso glazed salmon, shrimp, tofu, octopus, eel, or chicken chashu and throw in some toppings such as Crispy Garlic, Friend Onions, Tempura flakes or Hot Cheetos –yes, that’s a thing.
Not a big fan of sushi? Try the ramen: perhaps a Classic Tonkotsu, or a Spicy Miso Tonkotsu, Shoyu Chicken or Cilantro Lime Chicken. If you’re still looking for more options you can add a side of KFC (Korean Fried Chicken,) Gyozas, or Bao Buns. And of course, there are some vegan options that even non-vegans would love.

Poke Ramen Asian Soul Kitchen opens Mon thru Sat and working hours are 11:00 am till’ 10:00 pm. Saturdays open an extra hour but you’ll have to deal with the extra crowd.
