With an emphasis on quality produce and the freshest meat and seafood, the Le Sugar Reef has married the best of the French Mediterranean, Asia and the Americas into a delicious blend of East meets West. Bursting with color and the flavors of a tropical climate, we seek to create fresh, light, flavorful dishes.

The Le Sugar Reef has always served fresh, quality produce but we are moving more and more into organic as it becomes available with our wholesalers or through the farm to table sources.
This season we plan to feature a number of daily specials for vegetarians and vegans in addition to our fresh fish and entrees. Our goal is to create vegan and vegetarian dishes with sophisticated flavors and presentation that you will love.
We believe that fusion is the key. Our vegetarian dishes are inspired by the spices and flavors from the East and Mediterranean.
