After an extended construction period and multiple changes in ownership, the Costa Hollywood Beach Resort, a new oceanfront hotel featuring 307 studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, is set to open Spring 2018, on A1A in Hollywood. Introductory rates start at $219 per night. Originally started as a condo-hotel, the resort will now be a regular hotel, managed by Evolution Hospitality, based in San Clemente, California.
Located on Ocean Drive, north of Hollywood Boulevard, Costa Hollywood Beach Resort features a 25,000 square-foot rooftop pool deck offering both Ocean and Intracoastal views, as well as a poolside restaurant/bar. The resort is just steps from the ocean and the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.
Designed for both extended beach stays and family vacations, each of Costa Hollywood’s spacious, European-influenced suites includes hand-crafted Italian cabinetry, stainless steel SMEG appliances – including a refrigerator and microwave, Caffe Caligliari coffee capsule machine, and body and skincare products from Aromatherapy Associates. A full-size refrigerator and oven/cooktop is included in the one-, two- and three-bedroom suites.
The award-winning Piegari, an iconic Buenos Aires culinary destination, will make its U.S. debut this summer at the Costa. The resort’s retail district will include The Coffee Store, from Argentina and Chile, offering guests coffee drinks and treats, while a fitness center will include an array of state-of-the-art equipment.
“Our oversized, residential-style suites and ample amenities enable guests to stay like they own the place,” said Carlos Molinet, Costa Hollywood Beach Resort’s General Manager. “The resort is destined to be South Florida’s ultimate beach retreat for leisure and business travelers.”
Also designed to be a wedding and event destination, the resort features 3,500 square feet of flexible space offering abundant natural light and ocean/Intracoastal views, as well as more than 28,000 square feet of non-traditional space.
Suites at Costa Hollywood Beach Resort range in size from 405 to 1,275 square feet. Rates include kids’ program and activities, two beach chairs and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is no resort fee.
